Terms of service

ElkoTonight aggregates publicly available event information from venues, calendars, and social pages in and around Elko, Nevada. We do our best to surface accurate information but cannot guarantee it — always confirm with the venue.

Acceptable use

• No scraping our API outside published rate limits.
• No submitting false or harmful event information.
• No misuse of the referral or ambassador program — fraud is detected and reversed.

Auction terms

Bids in the daily "Tonight in Elko" auction are Vickrey second-price. Winners pay $1 above the runner-up's max bid, capped at their own. By bidding you authorize a Stripe pre-authorization for your max bid amount that is captured at the lower second-price amount if you win, or voided if you don't.

SMS messaging

Program: ElkoTonight Alerts. When you add a mobile number and enable the SMS channel in Account → Notifications (or sign in by phone), you consent to receive text messages from ElkoTonight — including event alerts, auction status (bid confirmations, outbid and win notices), account and login verification codes, and any digests you select. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your settings and activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help, or email team@elkotonight.com. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn SMS off anytime in Account → Notifications.
